Philip Nell, lead manager of the £1. a few billion Aviva Investors Property rely, has quit the firm on top of that joined Hermes iPhone 6 flip case Real Estate as a fill director.
Nell had managed each trust since 2007 and previously been at Avivor Investors for 18 years. He will be replaced as escort manager on the trust by Chris Luscombe.
A veteran of Aviva Business for nearly 27 years, Luscombe gives managed the £3 billion Aviva Linked Property fund for the past 16 years.
Property trust co-manager Tim Hook continues in his role through the trust.
At Hermes iPhone 6 cover, Nell is certainly responsible for building strategic partnerships on top of that joint ventures for Hermes Condos, which runs £6 billion. When called he'll report in to Hermes Real Estate leader Chris Taylor.
